Refund Policy
This policy describes when Dynamic Hybrid Technologies L.L.C ("DHT") issues refunds for payments made through this website or under a written engagement.
1. Project and consulting services
- Before work begins: if you cancel before DHT has commenced work, any advance payment is refunded in full, less non-recoverable third-party costs already committed on your behalf (which will be itemised).
- After work begins: refunds are calculated on uncompleted milestones as defined in the engagement's statement of work. Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
- Defective delivery: if a deliverable does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria, DHT will first remediate at no cost. If remediation fails within a reasonable period, you are entitled to a refund for that deliverable.
2. Subscriptions and recurring services
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues to the end of the paid billing period, and future renewals are not charged.
- First purchase of a subscription: if the service materially fails to function as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Renewal charges: renewal payments are refundable in full if you request the refund within 7 days of the renewal date and the service has not been substantially used in the new period.
3. One-time digital products
If a digital product materially fails to function as described and we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@dynamichybridtech.com from the address used at purchase, including the invoice or transaction reference and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve eligible refunds within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time after issuance depends on your bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by circumstances outside DHT's control (for example, client-side systems, third-party services we do not operate, or changes in project scope requested after acceptance), except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
