Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the purchase of services and digital products from Dynamic Hybrid Technologies L.L.C ("DHT", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade license number 2541568.01, with its registered address at Shams Business Center, Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, United Arab Emirates.
1. Services
DHT provides software development, IT and network infrastructure deployment, engineering project management, and related digital products and services. Specific engagements are governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation ("Engagement Terms"). Where Engagement Terms conflict with these Terms, the Engagement Terms prevail for that engagement.
2. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- An engagement begins when DHT confirms acceptance in writing and any agreed advance payment is received.
- Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout or in the applicable quotation and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. DHT does not store full card details.
- For project engagements, payment milestones are defined in the Engagement Terms. Late payments may result in suspension of work.
- For subscription or recurring services, fees are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to information, personnel, sites, and systems reasonably required to deliver the engagement, and to obtain any third-party permissions needed for DHT to perform the work.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in the Engagement Terms, deliverables specifically created for a client transfer to the client upon full payment, while DHT retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, which are licensed to the client to the extent necessary to use the deliverables.
6. Warranties and liability
- DHT performs services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry practice.
- Except as required by applicable law, DHT's aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and DHT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
